17-03-08 IPIC sales volume reaches 104 million USD during the year 2007.

Eng. Mohamed Ayad announced during the general assembly meeting held in 17.03.2008
eng. M.Ayad added, the profit reached about 6.3  millions in 2007 which achieved about 70%
more than 2006 profit which reflect the total progress in the company activities.
Finally Eng. M.Ayad did thank all the company employees for the great efforts and fruitful
co-operationwhich made these results aiming for more progress in the future.

04-02-2008 IPIC signed a contract with Gasco to supply 115 Km.

IPIC signed a contract with Gasco to supply 115 Km of 32" pipes for Abo- Sultan Al-SOKHNA
pipeline project, The contract value is 43 million USD and planned to be produced with 3rd qtr 2008.

IPIC signed a 53 million USD contract with Gasco to Supply 3rd stage of national project of
Upper Egypt pipeline project. The project planned to be executed within 2nd quarter 2008.

IPIC signed two contracts with Gasco to supply 108 Km.of pipes 42" for Altena-Port Foad pipe
line project  and Abo-Hommos El Naboria Pipeline Project, These projects are parts of Egyptian
Gas Network improvement plane.The 86 millions USD projects were awarded to IPIC after
international tender and competition from otherinternational companies.The projects planned
to be produced forth Qtr.2007 and Jan.2008.
